How do I get started with laundry service?

Getting started is easy! Simply submit our contact form, and we’ll reach out directly to get your laundry service scheduled.

What is considered one load of laundry?

One full load of laundry equals approximately 12–15 pounds of laundry.

How do I know if you service my area?

Submit your address through our contact form, and we’ll quickly confirm whether you’re within our service area.

When will my laundry be returned?

Our standard turnaround time is same-day service. If you prefer a different arrangement, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

When and how do I pay?

Once your laundry is picked up, washed, and sorted into loads, you’ll receive a message with your total and payment options. We accept Venmo, Cash App, or cash upon delivery.

What if all my laundry doesn’t fit in my baskets or hampers?

No problem! You can place clothing or bedding in any gallon-sized bags. Your items will be returned in new, clean bags.

What types of laundry do you clean?

We clean everyday personal laundry and twin or full bedding/sheets.

At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning services.

What services do you offer?

We offer:

Wash & Fold – items are washed, dried, and neatly folded and/or hung

Fluff & Fold – for clean clothes that just needs folding and/or hanging

Are my clothes washed with other customers’ laundry?

Never. Each order is washed separately. Your laundry is never mixed with another customer’s items.

Our washers, dryers and baskets are sanitized and bleached regularly.

What if I forget to empty my pockets?

If personal items are found, they’ll be returned in a sealed bag along with your laundry.

Can I provide my own detergent or laundry products?

Absolutely! Feel free to include your preferred detergent, scent boosters, or dryer sheets, and we’ll use them instead of ours.
